Hybrid Contract And Community Services Professional

This is a hybrid position and will work in the office two days a week based on business needs. Training may be in office daily until after probation.

As a seasoned contract and community services professional with experience in provider relations, contract management, and public programs, you will play a critical role as a member of the Aging and Disability Resources (ADR) Division team. You will engage with the community to plan, develop, procure, implement, and oversee services and supports for older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers so they can thrive in the community.

Core daily responsibilities include:

• Serve as project lead for contract procurement, writing, and monitoring.
• Write Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and Notice of Funds Available (NOFA).
• Review applications in response to NOFA/RFP/RFQ submissions, coordinating with supervisor/lead on application evaluation committees and preparation of materials needed for approval of applications.
• Write contracts, grants, or other related documents for specific services in conjunction with administrative supervisor or their designee.
• Provide technical assistance to contractors, subcontractors, and subrecipients regarding program and contract compliance requirements.

• Monitor services to ensure compliance with program guidelines and established fiscal and program goals and objectives. Make recommendations and/or findings relative to contract compliance.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Additional education or experience may substitute for the recruiting requirements.

• Graduation from a four-year college or university with a Bachelor's degree in public or business administration or social work, or a related field And
• Two years of professional social services work experience which includes work with related programs, contracts, planning, or services required.

Licenses or Certifications:

• A valid driver's license is required when using a county vehicle.
