IT Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and architect technical solutions, including integration of Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution implementation: development, build, test, deployment, and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Develop detailed strategic plans and roadmaps that prioritize key programs and projects.
• Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and oversee data analysis, migration, and integration activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to implement third‑party solutions and assess integration feasibility.
• Guide and enforce enterprise design standards, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and cross‑team coordination.
• Architect secure, scalable APIs aligned with business needs.
• Use Visio to produce UML, BPMN, and data flow diagrams for system integration design.
• Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow change governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in IT or a related occupation.
• Proven experience with Salesforce (or Microsoft Dynamics) CRM solutions.
• Strong modeling skills using UML, BPMN, and Visio.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Knowledge of enterprise security standards and regulatory compliance.
