We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support Pre-K students in a collaborative educational environment. In this role, you'll conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy services, and work alongside educators and families to help students build the communication skills that set the foundation for future academic success. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent school schedule, meaningful clinical work, and the chance to make a lasting impact on students and their families. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and professional standards of practice. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state or contract. Current CPR certification, if applicable. TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable. Current health certificate, if required. Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements. Must be at least 18 years of age. Adherence to all relevant professional standards of practice.
