About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spanish Lake, MO! In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our properties safe, functional, and comfortable for residents. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across residential property units and common areas
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct unit inspections and prepare vacant units for move-in readiness
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, facilities, and maintenance shop
• Communicate effectively with property management regarding repair status and supply needs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial property maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple work orders
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• EPA 608 certification or HVAC experience a plu
