Description
*Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon (MD/DO) opportunity to establish and grow a new vascular surgery program within a large regional hospital system in West Central Illinois.
*This role offers the chance to lead program development with strong institutional support and broad subspecialty collaboration across a full-service medical campus.
*State-of-the-art diagnostics and clinical infrastructure include advanced imaging, vascular lab capabilities, and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services.
*Competitive compensation package ranges from $620,000-$750,000 with WRVU-based productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
*Full benefits include malpractice coverage with tail, retirement plans, health coverage, CME allowance, and generous paid time off.
*Located in a welcoming riverfront community with strong schools, affordable living, and easy access to major Midwestern metro areas via air, rail, and interstate travel.
