We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of our apartment communities. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of property management including tenant relations, financial performance, maintenance, and staff supervision, ensuring the property operates efficiently and profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the assigned property, ensuring high standards of maintenance, leasing, and resident services.Lead and supervise onsite staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Develop and implement property marketing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental income.Oversee lease administration, including lease renewals, terminations, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Maintain accurate records related to resident accounts, rent collections, budgets, and financial reporting.Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective maintenance and repair services.Handle resident complaints and conflict resolution, promoting tenant satisfaction and retention.Monitor property budgets and expenses, working to enhance net operating income and achieve financial goals.
