As a COCESS Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting this mission by leading the operations of a Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS) at Hanscom AFB, ensuring efficient sourcing, accurate pricing, and exceptional service to our government partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage COCESS (Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store) to include sales, operations and Contract requirements.Source and price materials across multiple civil engineering trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC.)Create and manage product entries, quotes, and purchase orders in our system.Maintain accurate stock levels and fulfill requisitions in a timely manner.Track government spending and billing across multiple accounts, and ensure compliance with COCESS contract requirements, reporting, and billing deadlines.A Typical DayAs the COCESS Store Manager, you’ll start your day by leading and supporting a small team, ensuring everyone is aligned with priorities and ready to meet the day’s goals. From there, your focus will shift to sourcing and pricing materials across a wide range of civil engineering trades, entering product data into the system, and preparing accurate quotes for government approval.
