Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communications, or related field, or associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
• Active SLPA license or certification
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills—especially in challenging circumstances
• Ability to navigate multiple school locations during the school day, as needed
• Commitment to onsite work (virtual options are not available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work under the direct supervision of licensed SLPs, following established protocols and best practices
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with staff, students, and their families
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary educational team to enhance student outcomes
• Deliver services at multiple school sites if required, ensuring consistency and quality of care
