Receptionist
The Receptionist will answer the telephone, screen and direct calls; greet visitors, provide information to callers; monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them. Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions. Routes Needs Assessment and Referral calls to appropriate staff promptly. Follows proper procedure for back-up Care Calls.

Qualifications: Job Requirements Prefer at least at least one year experience in a hospital setting.
