Certified Nursing Associate

Doctors Subacute Healthcare + Rehab in Passaic, NJ seeks a Certified Nursing Associate to provide compassionate bedside care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, hygiene, vital signs, and documentation while supporting rehabilitation and long-term care goals. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, residents, and families to promote safety, comfort, and recovery. This resident-first role offers the opportunity to grow skills in post-acute, subacute, and specialized care programs within a supportive, clinically focused team culture.
