About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. We are currently building a brand new, state-of-the-art spa featuring top-tier amenities—including an indoor pool, cold plunge, and sauna —creating a truly rejuvenating environment for both our clients and therapists.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Care & Customization: Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs. Consult with clients to assess physical conditions and design customized treatment plans.
- Environment & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the spa while adhering to all health, safety, and spa protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other wellness team members to enhance the overall client experience and promote holistic care.
- Administration: Maintain accurate, confidential client records and assist with managing appointment schedules smoothly.

Qualifications
- Active State License in Massage Therapy (LMT).
