The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-time Chief, Integrated Prevention (NH-0101-03) to work for Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) for the 78th Air Base Wing at Robins Air Force Base located in Warner Robins, Georgia. Relocation, Retention and Student Loan Incentives may be authorized. 2026 Salary Range ($89,508 - $138,370) yearly w/ locality Job Open Date: 5/27/2026 Job Close Date: 6/7/2026 Who may apply: current Federal Employees To serve as the installation Integrated Prevention Chief and first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Integrated Resilience Office at an Air Force/Space Force installation. The Integrated Prevention Chief leads the development, implementation and evaluation of all prevention and resilience efforts. Serves as the key subject matter expert ensuring all installation prevention partners, leadership, and the community understands risk and protective factors associated with self-directed harm and prohibited abusive or harmful acts from a public health perspective. This position is responsible for overseeing consistent and reliable information to inform strategies, policy, and program evaluation. Collaborates and integrates primary prevention efforts in areas such as sexual assault, domestic abuse (incl. intimate partner violence and child abuse and neglect), workplace violence (incl. harassment, bullying and hazing), suicide, and alcohol abuse/misuse prevention. The organizational location of this position is: Office of the Installation Commander - Installation Integrated Resilience Office (IRO). Requirements: Obtain & maintain a security clearance May be required to travel to perform temporary duty May have extended/other than normal duty hours Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA): 1. Comprehensive and professional knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies as well as behavioral, social science and/or public health practices principles and theories relating to prevention and resilience. 2. Thorough knowledge of a wide range of delivery systems relating to prevention and resilience and the multiple uses of such systems. 3. In-depth knowledge of DAF culture, military family dynamics, related professional fields, and a thorough knowledge of the DAF community and the unique challenges that DAF families face; or equivalent knowledge. 4. Ability to analyze, plan, organize, and direct work operations to meet program requirements and objectives with available resources; mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization. 5. Ability to identify individual and community risk and protective factors in order to determine prevention and resilience activities to meet the needs of the base populace. 6.
