SofiaMila is a family-owned children’s clothing brand specializing in comfortable, high-quality pajamas and clothing for babies and kids. We are looking for a confident, energetic, and personable TikTok Live Shopping Host to join our team and help grow our live sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on camera, talking to people, and selling products. You’ll be hosting TikTok LIVE sessions, showcasing our products, answering customer questions, and creating an engaging shopping experience for viewers.

What You’ll Do:

• Host TikTok LIVE shopping streams for approximately 15–20 hours per week
• Showcase and demonstrate SofiaMila products
• Engage with viewers and build a fun, welcoming live-shopping experience
• Answer questions about products, sizing, materials, and features
• Encourage viewers to interact and make purchases
• Highlight promotions, new products, best sellers, and special offers
• Learn and use different sales techniques to increase conversions
• Review live-stream performance and work with our team to improve results

• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
• Energetic, outgoing, and naturally personable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable talking continuously and engaging with an audience
• Interested in sales and motivated by performance
• Reliable and punctual
• Coachable and willing to improve
• Able to think quickly and respond naturally to live comments and questions
• Previous TikTok LIVE, livestreaming, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

• $20/hour starting pay
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week
• Additional performance-based commission opportunities
• Opportunity to increase your overall earnings as your sales performance grows
