Senior Staff AI Agent Engineer

Salary: $190,900 - 334,100 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or Consulting Engineer.
• We will also consider comparable experience paired with education.
• We need a proven record of driving successful technical adoption with mid- to large enterprise customers.
• You should have experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations using REST APIs, iPaaS tools such as Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas, and ServiceNow Flow Designer, or scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
• You must be able to work independently on new assignments, apply strong judgment, and choose effective approaches for complex cross-functional challenges.
• We expect experience leading projects and coordinating teammates, with strong relationships across internal departments and key external stakeholders.
• You must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• You should be comfortable operating across multiple business functions and technical domains.
• Preferred experience includes familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, or Okta.
• Preferred experience also includes Linux and Windows environments, including command-line usage.
• We value familiarity with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and agentic design patterns, along with the ability to apply them to build reliable and scalable solutions.

• We own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers, guiding engagements from solution design through launch.
• We serve as the primary technical contact for 3 to 5 of our largest strategic customer accounts at the same time, helping drive adoption and measurable outcomes across the full implementation lifecycle.
• We partner with customers to design and deliver high-impact AI solutions that address real business problems using the Moveworks Platform.
• We develop novel AI agent frameworks, architectural patterns, and tooling that expand our internal capabilities.
• We design and build secure, high-performance integrations between the Moveworks Platform and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, and Jira.
• We act as trusted technical advisors to customers by helping shape their agentic AI roadmap and enabling their teams to operate the platform independently over time.
• We contribute internally by shaping a multi-year technical strategy for the platform.
• We align with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to coordinate complex workflows and address systemic gaps in platform capability or delivery.
• We generalize successful customer solutions into reusable templates and share best practices across the team.
• We mentor other engineers and help raise the teams technical bar and delivery quality.
• We work directly with customers and are expected to be in front of them regularly.
• We travel up to 25% of the time.
