What We Provide Scheduling flexibility designed around your availability Ongoing assistance with building and maintaining your caseload Responsive leadership and accessible support Manageable productivity expectations Collaborative relationships with supervising therapists and team members Meaningful opportunities to make a difference in children's lives Position Responsibilities As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will: Provide occupational therapy treatment services to pediatric patients in the home environment Carry out treatment plans and therapeutic activities established by the supervising Occupational Therapist Document treatment sessions, patient participation, and progress toward goals Support children in developing functional skills that promote independence and participation in daily activities Educate caregivers on home strategies and activities to reinforce therapeutic progress Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient performance, concerns, and treatment recommendations Maintain positive and professional relationships with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Scheduling Flexibility We recognize that every clinician's availability is unique.
