Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Have or be able to obtain a real estate license

• Work your way through our training program

• Be able to have conversations with people who inquire about homes using phone, email, and text communication

• Maintain appropriate communication with clients throughout the process

• Be proficient in using computers and smartphones

• Be a team player

• Show homes

• Write and negotiate contracts

Qualifications:

• Experience in or willingness to obtain a real estate license to kickstart your career.
• Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients through phone, email, and text.
• Proven track record of maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients.
• Proficiency in using computers and smartphones to manage tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Experience in or eagerness to learn how to show homes effectively to potential buyers.
• Skill in writing and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms for clients.
