Immediate start available for qualified candidates ready to make an impact.Location: Sierra Vista, AZStart Date: 10/05/2026End Date/Duration: 4 weeks, ending 11/07/2026Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMHours/Week: 40Employment Type: Contract (W-2)License/Certs: Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLSExperience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis, hospital-based ICU dialysis preferred, Tablo Hemodialysis experience requiredPay & BenefitsPay Rate: $52.00/hour (local pay)Weekly Compensation: $2,280 gross (40 hours)Travel Pay Rate: $27/hour + $1,200 weekly per diemBonus: $300 starting bonus on first checkBenefits:Competitive pay packageWeekly direct deposit payrollComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Paid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll DoPerform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical unitsOperate the Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively during treatmentsConduct patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis sessionsMonitor vital signs, vascular access sites, and treatment parametersManage all types of dialysis vascular access, including AV fistulas, grafts, and cathetersCollaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff to coordinate careDocument treatments, assessments, and interventions accuratelyMaintain infection control standards and safety during proceduresFunction independently in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring high-quality patient careWhat You NeedRequired:Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact RN licenseMinimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital settingCurrent BLS and ACLS certificationsProficiency with all dialysis vascular access typesExperience with the Tablo Hemodialysis SystemAbility to independently perform dialysis treatments and respond to patient needsPreferred:Strong assessment and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to adapt quickly to new clinical environmentsAbout the Assignment Support acute dialysis care for hospitalized patients at a leading hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
