Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in High Ridge, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is handled with professionalism and care. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the High Ridge area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery point
• Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Organize and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing our organization

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Physical capability to load, unload, and handle packages safely
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning tools
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• Positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
