Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse

Job Description Borrego Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse. The RN in charge is responsible for the leadership, direction, and clinical supervision of the nursing and laboratory staff of the assigned clinics. The RN coordinates and facilitates health care services for patients, including the provision of direct patient care. The RN holds primary responsibility for daily operations of the nursing department, including personnel matters such as training, staffing, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations. The RN ensures regulatory compliance related to clinical services and provides clinical supervision for health education and specialty referral functions.
