Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using various evidence-based treatment modalities designed to foster healing and personal growth.
• Implement specific therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and interventions tailored to the client's unique situations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate seamless and integrated care for your clients.
