Sr. Planning Analyst – Direct Hire A growing life sciences organization is seeking a talented Sr. Planning Analyst in Billerica, MA. This forward-thinking organization leverages cutting-edge technologies to drive earlier insights into disease and enhance overall healthcare outcomes. Shift 9–5 (flexible, e.g., 7–3 also works) Salary $120‑140k/yr Responsibilities Develop and lead global inventory strategies, translating demand forecasts into supply planning models. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance service targets and reduce scrap/obsolescence. Analyze demand and supply variability to refine planning parameters within the planning model and ERP system. Lead production and procurement planning to ensure material availability for reagents, instruments, and consumables. Create work orders and manage the production schedule for manufacturing and kitting operations teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
