Conduct ongoing vital signs monitoring, telemetry review, and rapid response to clinical changes. Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies; observe for adverse reactions and document responses. Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and discharge planning. Maintain accurate, complete nursing records in the electronic health record; uphold patient safety and quality standards. Prioritize patient flow and comfort while addressing acute and post‑procedure needs during night shifts. Requirements Active RN license in Maine. ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications required. Prior Medical‑Surgical nursing experience required. Telemetry experience preferred. Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts; willingness to meet every‑other‑weekend requirement.
