We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and engaging in-home care worker to provide part-time assistance in a private home setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversation, values a clean and organized environment, and is attentive to safety and well-being. Location: Onalaska, WI Compensation: $16.32/hour Schedule: Flexible daytime hours - Mon, Wed, Fri • Up to 10Hr/Week Key Responsibilities • Perform general housekeeping tasks (light cleaning, tidying, organizing) • Laundry care, including washing, folding, and putting away clothing • Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness • Assist with putting groceries away after delivery • Lay out clothing as needed • Help organize household items and spaces • Prepare simple meals and assist with meal prep • Provide assistance in the event of a fall or mobility issue o Light physical personal assistance may be required in case of emergencies (e.g., a fall while entering the shower) - NO PERSONAL CARES OTHERWISE Ideal Candidate • Dog lover • Friendly, engaging, and intellectually curious • Comfortable discussing current events • Interest in science and history is a plus • Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail • Able to provide calm and supportive assistance if needed Qualifications • Reliable transportation. • Strong communication skills, kindness, and dependability. • Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks.
