Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in educational settings.
• CPI certification or equivalent behavioral intervention training preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to confidently implement behavioral interventions and support students with challenging behaviors.
• Comfortable adapting to the varied needs of both individual students and classroom dynamics.
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-to-one support, focusing on consistent encouragement, guidance, and behavioral modeling.
• Assist teachers with delivering individualized instruction and managing classroom routines.
• Apply evidence-based behavioral interventions, working closely with educational teams to ensure best student outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere, supporting students’ social and emotional development.
• Monitor progress and communicate effectively with teachers and support staff regarding students’ needs.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a sensitive approach to all students and situations.

You’ll benefit from a stable schedule of 32.5 hours across five days each week throughout the school year, starting in mid-August 2026 and concluding in early June 2027. Compensation for this fulfilling role is competitive, typically ranging from $20–24 per hour, reflecting your essential skills and dedication.
