Physician - Anesthesiology Cardiac

Job Details:

• Provide cardiac anesthesiology coverage on an ongoing basis


• Schedule consists of 4-5 ten-hour shifts per week with shift times varying according to daily assignment (6:15 AM - 4:45 PM, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday


• Must be willing to take night beeper call 1-2 nights per week


• Full-time coverage needed with consideration for 1 week per month arrangements


• Work alongside surgeons and specialty clinicians to deliver high quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas


• Exposure to diverse and complex patient populations due to wide case mix and Level I Trauma designation


• Perform special procedures including cardiac anesthesiology


• Treat patients of all ages across various anesthetizing locations


• EMR system used is Epic


• 593-bed hospital facility


• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist required


• Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required


• ACLS and PALS certifications required


• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
