Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Warren, MI

Setting: Center-Based

Population Served: 2-21 years

Years in Operation: Founded in 2009

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Provide clinical oversight for ABA services across the center
• Complete and oversee assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and re-evaluations
• Review client progress and make data-based clinical decisions
• Provide parent education and training
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff and student clinicians
• Support technician training and professional development
• Partner closely with the Operations Manager and Regional Clinical Director
• Participate in leadership meetings and assist with clinical staff evaluations
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative center culture
• Serve as a first point of contact for routine clinical concerns within the center

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: varies based on client need

Billable hour expectations: 15-20 hours per week

Support Structure:

• Remaining time is dedicated to leadership, administrative responsibilities, staff development, and center operations
• Direct support from a Regional Clinical Director
• Opportunity to mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and student clinicians
• Leadership role with influence over clinical quality, team development, and center culture

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $90-100K annually

Bonus structure:

• Sign-on bonus opportunities available for select roles and locations
• Performance-based earnings depending on compensation model

PTO:

• Employees receive 120 hours of PTO annually, prorated during the first year.

CEU support:

• $200 annual CEU reimbursement stipend

Supervision/mentorship provided:

• No billing-tied supervision

Schedule flexibility / remote options: Monday–Friday, center-based in-person model; some flexibility for non-billable work management depending on compensation model
