Ebenez Home Care Services is hiring a compassionate and supportive Home Care Aide to assist clients with daily needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety. This position offers attractive pay and a flexible schedule. Candidates must be registered with the California Department of Social Services and be willing to complete a Live Scan background check.
Hiring full-time, part-time, and per diem Candidates
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
- Provide companionship and household support.
- Monitor client safety and report concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate care documentation.
- Communicate with family members regarding client needs and updates.
- Support clients with appointments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in home care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registration with the California Department of Social Services.
- Live Scan background clearance.
- Knowledge of activities of daily living assistance, medication reminders, and safe transfers.
- Ability to complete care documentation.
- Compassionate communication skills.
- Commitment to patient safety.
