Now Hiring / Immediate Opportunity for Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician The Game Technician position is responsible for maintaining the functionality of our unique game technology. Our Game Technicians are knowledgeable on the mechanics and operations of the game/courses and ensure they are performing properly, and safely. Through various troubleshooting and repair techniques as well as timely and accurate reporting, the Game Technician will work closely with the venue team to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, contributing to a positive and engaging atmosphere and guest experience on the course. Responsibilities Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: read and interpret notes, work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions, move about facility and stand for long periods of time, kneel, stoop, bend and twist frequently, read and write handwritten notes, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, work environment - potentially confined, crowded, guest occupied space of variable noise and temperature levels, physical demands - move and lift 10-50lbs, navigate stairs and dimly lit areas, remain on feet for an entire shift across venue areas including kitchen and stairs, hand dexterity to work with small tools and fine-tune small components, and accommodate reasonable accommodations as needed. Qualifications 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance. Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game. Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics. Experience with using hand tools and small power tools Possess a guest focused mind set; provide an exceptional experience Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task Must have flexibility to work varied schedules to include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends and requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time This position must pass a post-offer background check. Preferred Skills and Experience Proven experience in technical support and maintenance in a gaming or entertainment environment. Strong problem-solving skills down to the component level and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
