Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor position at Iris Park Commons, our Assisted Living community. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing services, supporting clinical operations, supervising staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care in an assisted living setting. This position requires prior Assisted Living experience and a strong understanding of senior living regulations, resident assessments, care coordination, and clinical oversight within an Assisted Living environment. Shift Full-Time 1.0 FTE Wage $38.17–$46.57/hr. What you will be doing Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor resident conditions and update care plans as needed Oversee medication management and ensure physician order compliance Communicate with physicians, families, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff Provide staff coaching, training, orientation, and performance oversight Ensure proper staffing coverage and scheduling coordination Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations Participate in audits, infection control initiatives, and quality improvement efforts Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly Support transitions of care including hospital discharges and hospice coordination Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota in good standing Previous Assisted Living nursing experience required Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer systems Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment Required Prior leadership or supervisory experience in Assisted Living Knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and compliance standards Experience working with older adults in Assisted Living Physical Requirements Ability to move throughout the workday and navigate multiple care settings Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 75 pounds Frequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching Ability to assess residents and operate clinical equipment safely and effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
