St. Clair Shore, United States | Posted on 04/11/2026 Behavioral Health Specialist (LPC or LMSW) We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Specialist to join our collaborative outpatient care team. In this role, you will work alongside primary care providers, care managers, and other healthcare professionals to support patients through counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing behavioral health services. This is an outpatient-only opportunity with a predictable schedule, no hospital call, and the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
