Bulk Plant OperatorFieldBridge is looking for a Bulk Plant Operator in Windsor, CO to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.Pay/Schedule: $19.50 - $21.50/hour (based on experience) | Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available. At $21.50/hr and 84 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,279 gross.Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable Bulk Plant Operators to manage bulk plant facilities and support the safe, efficient delivery of cementing products and bulk materials to wellsites in the Windsor, CO area. In this role, you will blend and mix bulk products according to job program designs, maintain quality control, coordinate logistics with the PSD and Logistics Team, and ensure all operations comply with HSE policies and governmental regulations. This is an entry-level friendly position — no prior oilfield experience required. Company-provided apartments are available for candidates who are relocating or traveling for the position. 2 positions available.Key ResponsibilitiesBlend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite on time and according to job program design, checking and calculating quantities of material blends required prior to loadingFollow Product Line quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the logistics teamAssist in conducting monthly inventory counts and complete daily paperwork for goods received and shippedLabel and store additives safely, ensure proper disposal of empty drums and pails, and maintain bulk plant equipment through daily inspectionsParticipate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs while observing all HSE policies and PPE requirementsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required0-1 year of general labor or oilfield experience; entry-level candidates welcomeGeneral labor or oilfield background a plusAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and perform manual material handling tasks throughout the shiftStrong work ethic and team-oriented mindsetCompany-provided housing available; candidates do not need to be localMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureVEVRAA Federal Contractor.
