Entry-Level Business Sales Representative
VZ Capital Group | Full-Time
Looking to start a career in sales where your hard work is recognized and your growth is earned?
VZ Capital Group is growing and we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Business Sales Representatives . In this role, you'll work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them learn about telecommunications products and services that support their day-to-day operations.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching, so we're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do:
- Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
- Learn about each business's communication and connectivity needs
- Present telecommunications products and services that may fit their goals
- Build professional relationships through excellent customer service
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with new people in a professional setting
- Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
