We’re looking for a high-level Marketing Manager to help drive business development, brand growth, Realtor engagement, recruiting visibility, and marketing execution for one of the top-performing mortgage offices in the Midwest.

This is not a passive marketing role.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect strategy with execution, build consistent brand presence, support relationship growth, and help our team compete at a high level every single day.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One-hour lunch break

Compensation:

$75,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Help drive overall marketing strategy and business development initiatives
  • Manage social media direction and content execution
  • Support Realtor marketing initiatives and relationship growth
  • Oversee brand management and marketing consistency across platforms
  • Coordinate event promotion and business development campaigns
  • Lead email marketing, CRM campaigns, and recruiting marketing initiatives
  • Oversee implementation and execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Collaborate with ownership, operations leadership, and sales teams on growth initiatives
  • Manage and oversee internal graphic design and social media personnel
  • Help evaluate hiring decisions and team development within the marketing department
  • Track campaign effectiveness, engagement, and growth opportunities
  • Ensure marketing execution remains fast, organized, and aligned with company goals
  • Support a competitive, high-performance culture through proactive communication and leadership
Qualifications:
  • Previous real estate industry experience required
  • Mortgage industry marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content coordination, and business development
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through and execution skills
