Responsibilities As a project management specialist, you will ask questions others don’t, understand the nuances of complex situations, think strategically, and solve intricate problems. You will aid delivery of solutions that keep our nation safe. You’ll bring experience and understanding of Navy operations and requirements to shape and influence projects for the Navy client. You’ll research, develop, plan, and support the needs of senior leadership as a key member of the staff, serving as a trusted advisor. You will identify, analyze, and evaluate policies and processes as part of the Navy’s mission, guiding the work we do for the Navy client and the solutions we deliver toward supporting the Navy’s mission and national security. Qualifications 5+ years of experience delivering graphic design and project support to organizations of various sizes Experience preparing and delivering executive‑level briefings and reports Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to work independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem‑solving environment Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of experience working in a DoW, DoN, or other federal government environment Experience within large logistics or program management organization, including a military systems command Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits Salt at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
