Job Family SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Application Development Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. Debug and fix technical problems. Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation. Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. What You Will Need Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or Business is preferred) Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience. ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS, CAD is preferred Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week. What Would Be Nice To Have Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as HRSD and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps. Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred. Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF). Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications. General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment. The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
