LICENSED THERAPIST - ACT CLINICAL LEAD

$75,190 -- $82,400 depending on experience | Bilingual differential available

Our client is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Community Mental Health Center serving Northwest Iowa across 7 locations. They are looking for an Licensed Therapist - ACT Clinical Lead who understands that Assertive Community Treatment works because of the people running it -- not in spite of the complexity.

This is a leadership role with clinical weight. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive, community-based services to individuals with serious mental illness, carry a partial caseload, supervise team members, and set the standard for quality and culture on the ACT team.

Position Details

Job Type Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Schedule Monday through Friday, with periodic on-call

Locations Le Mars, Carroll, Cherokee, Denison, Ida Grove, or Storm Lake, Iowa -- community-based travel required

What You'll Do

• Lead, direct, and evaluate the ACT team to ensure high-quality, culturally competent, person-centered services
• Carry a 25-50% ACT clinician caseload (based on team enrollment)
• Provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight to ACT team members
• Deliver in-home and community-based services to clients with serious mental illness
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatric prescribers, case managers, peer support, and crisis services
• Participate in periodic on-call rotation (on-call pay provided above base)

Requirements

Required:

• Master's degree from an accredited program
• Full licensure: LISW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Valid driver's license and insurance

Nice to Have:

• Prior ACT experience or supervisory experience in a community mental health setting
• Bilingual (differential available)
