Territory Sales Representative

System Integrations , a leading commercial security and access control integrator, is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Memphis, TN! As an IT-driven security company built on relationships with Motorola and Avigilon, we work with commercial, government, and education clients to protect what matters most to them. In this role, you'll own the southwest market, acting as the central point of contact for a territory with significant existing pipeline and account growth potential. You'll work hand in hand with our technical field team, project managers, and service managers, walking job sites and solving problems for clients who need more than a vendor. This is your chance to step into a market with an established book of business and real room to grow. What you'll do: Manage and grow an existing account base while building new business across the Memphis territory Act as the primary point of contact and problem solver for System Integrations clients, including schools, public building authorities, and commercial accounts Partner with technical field teams, project managers, and service managers on job sites to identify client needs and deliver solutions Bring a consultative approach to sales, identifying pain points and proposing solutions clients may not have considered Work closely with our estimating team to move opportunities through the pipeline Represent System Integrations at relevant trade shows and industry events Build long-term account plans, including multi-year expansion opportunities within existing accounts What We Are Looking For: 5-7+ years of outside sales experience in commercial security, access control, or a security-adjacent vertical (building materials, construction, industrials, hardware) Existing relationships and connections within the Memphis territory or construction space (contractors, architects, property managers, facilities) Technical or relevant degree preferred Ability to operate independently while consistently exceeding quota Strong consultative selling instincts and creative problem-solving ability Comfortable navigating long sales cycles with schools, universities, and public entities What's In It For You: Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions Gas card and car stipend An established territory with existing pipeline from day one Support from a dedicated estimating and inside sales team so you can stay focused on closing Daily travel within your local territory, with little to no overnight travel required Opportunity to grow the territory and deepen client relationships over time, with responsibility expanding as the market grows #J-18808-Ljbffr System Integrations
