Powersports Sales

Job Summary Sell new and used Powersports equipment and accessories. Work with new and existing customers. Additional responsibilities are outlined below. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Represents the company for the sale of products to customers Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all products offered for sale Must be able to operate all equipment that is offered for sale by the dealership Maintains all customer information for sales management, monitoring trends in customer business activity Knows and follows a defined sales process Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods Attends applicable sales training events/seminars Possess current knowledge of used equipment values to evaluate properly for trading purposes Position Qualifications 2+ years of equipment sales experience (preferably within the Powersports industry) Knowledge of Powersports products required Passion for Powersports products and activities Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive Ability to work flexible hours Excellent customer relationship skills Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports High School Diploma or equivalent required.
