Technology Change Management Communications Specialist

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related field;
  or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in organizational change management, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience supporting technology, process improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing professional communications, presentations, training materials, and stakeholder engagement resources.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, training sessions, or stakeholder discussions.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in local government, public sector, or municipal environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, artificial intelligence, digital workplace, or enterprise application initiatives.
• Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks and project management methodologies.
• Experience defining and measuring readiness, engagement, training effectiveness, and adoption outcomes.
• Professional certification in change management, project management, communications, training, or a related discipline.
