System One is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead IT operations remotely for the United States. You will oversee Network Operations, security, hosting and service desk, ensuring uptime, policy compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires 7+ years in IT Operations with at least 4 years in people management, strong SLA experience, and familiarity with networking gear. ITIL/CCNA/CCNP encouraged.
