Essential Duties and Responsibilities Processes new, updated, and canceled recurring agreements Prepares weekly open MRR Project ticket update report for the Executive team Monitors new agreement projects for set-up fee and monthly billing start up Work with Sales to determine agreement changes including additions and cancelations Manage Agreement Board Manage internal product numbers; add new company SKU’s Administer vendor portals and quoting software Prepares monthly agreement updates of counts and usage Prepares monthly agreement billing discrepancy report Prepares all monthly, pro-rated, and usage invoices Engages customer for payment collection purposes to ensure using the approved collection process Backup for OTC Specialists (HW/SW Orders & Projects) as needed Stays up to date on all trainings and certifications for software and business partners Other duties as assigned by management Education/Experience/Certifications 3 years or more experience in OTC or contract administration required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
