Senior Paid Search Specialist (Fully Remote)

Own strategy and execution for 3-5 accounts across Google and Microsoft Ads. Write weekly performance reports and monthly client-ready summaries. Handle direct client communication and strategy presentations. Build with AI using Claude Code or Cursor, not just prompt. Read and write Python hitting Google Ads API, JSON, GAQL. Stay current on Smart Bidding and PMax with calibrated opinions. Requirements: 5+ years agency paid search with independent client ownership. Strong command of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Smart Bidding. Experience across lead gen and eCommerce with attribution complexity. Compensation: 1099 contract, part-time 20-30 hrs/week, fully remote. Hourly rate based on experience, US timezone preferred. Paid two-week trial, then full portfolio assignment.
