About the Role

As a Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing individualized care plans. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive care plan that meets the unique needs of each patient. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will enable you to make a positive impact on our patients' lives.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing individualized care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive care plan that meets the unique needs of each patient
Conduct patient assessments, identify changes in patient condition, and report findings to the charge nurse and/or physician
Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educate other team members on best practices
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors
