Job Title Caregiver Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional support and care to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting in a respectful and dignified manner. Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation to enhance client well-being and reduce feelings of isolation. Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients adhere to dietary and nutritional guidelines. Help with mobility and ensure clients\' safety by preventing falls and accidents. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for clients. Monitor medication schedules and ensure clients take their prescribed medications as directed. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients\' condition to the supervising healthcare professional. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to support client care plans. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or a related field is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to handle difficult situations with compassion and professionalism. Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license may be required depending on the client\'s needs.
