What You’ll Do Develop, organize, and lead personalized physical therapy treatments for your patients. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to keep patients on the road to recovery. Participate in team meetings and educational opportunities to stay on the cutting edge. Spread positivity and encouragement to patients and team members alike! Qualifications to Shine Massachusetts Physical Therapy License or graduate of an accredited program. CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
