Donor Relations Associate, Passport & Member Services

KQED Inc seeks a Donor Relations Associate to support Passport and Ambassador benefits, coordinating membership communications and donor services. This hybrid SF-based role works between HQ and remote settings, reporting to Membership Experience management, with duties including inbox/phone oversight and donor communications. Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication, customer service orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with donor programs and #J-18808-Ljbffr Kqed Inc
