This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the analysis, design, and delivery of solutions within the Calypso platform.The successful candidate will possess a strong background on the Calypso platform.Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirementsAnalyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation within the Calypso platformTranslate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user storiesCollaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the software delivery lifecycleConduct impact assessments for system enhancements, configuration changes, and platform upgradesSupport solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives and platform capabilitiesFacilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across business and technology teamsAssist with test planning, user acceptance testing, and validation of delivered solutionsProvide subject matter expertise on trade lifecycle events, product setup, workflows, and operational processesSupport production issue analysis and contribute to continuous platform improvement initiativesStrong hands-on experience working with the Calypso platformDeep understanding of trade lifecycle processes across front, middle, and back office functionsExperience gathering and documenting business and functional requirementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple workstreams and priorities within a fast-paced environmentExperience across asset classes such as Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, Commodities, Equities, or DerivativesKnowledge of Calypso configuration, workflows, collateral management, settlements, risk, or accounting modulesExperience supporting platform upgrades, enhancements, or integration initiatives
