Quality Inspector

We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our growing manufacturing team in Hebron, Ohio. 1st or 2nd shift available What You'll Do As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. You will inspect components and finished products, verify conformance to specifications, identify non-conformances, and support continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections of components, assemblies, and finished products using measuring instruments and inspection equipment. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, operation sheets, and quality documentation. Verify product quality throughout various manufacturing processes, including washing, assembly, packaging, and final inspection. Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials. Complete quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation accurately. Support root cause investigations and corrective actions for quality concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate quality concerns and inspection findings to supervisors and production teams. Assist with training and guidance for team members when assigned. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, inspection, or quality experience preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
