The Director will lead program development, quality and performance initiatives, faculty recruitment, and strategic growth while cultivating a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Henry Ford Medical Group. The position includes meaningful academic engagement through the Henry Ford Cardiothoracic Surgery Residency Program, with opportunities for resident education, mentorship, and curriculum development. Academic appointment at Wayne State University School of Medicine and Michigan State University College of Human Medicine will be commensurate with experience, scholarly achievements, and national standing.
