Job Duties Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Optimize processing parameters to ensure quality, efficiency, and production targets. Conduct new product trials and support process validation activities. Program and maintain robotic automation systems and end-of-arm tooling. Perform First-Off/Last-Off inspections and monitor product quality standards. Collaborate with maintenance and tooling teams to resolve equipment and mold issues. Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate production documentation and process records. Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures and policies. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards. Assist with production leadership and serve as backup for the Shift Supervisor when needed. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED Technical education/backround is a plus Experience Requirements 3+ years of injection molding experience 2+ years of process technician experience Able to operate a forklift and overhead crane Familiar with plastics/resins Excellent communication skills Team plater Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
